By making a reservation or using our campsite services, you agree to these Terms. 2. Eligibility All residents and guests associated with a reservation must be at least 18 years old. 3. Reservations, Prices, and Payment Reservations are subject to availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment by credit card is due in full when you make your reservation. A reservation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the reservation is confirmed. 4. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel a reservation and receive a refund if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled booking date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date are not eligible for a refund. 5. No-Shows If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not cancel at least 24 hours before the booking date, the amount paid for the reservation will be forfeited. 6. Rescheduling You may request to reschedule a reservation by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 7. Acceptable Use You may use the campground only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage property, threaten safety, disturb other guests, or interfere with campground operations. We may refuse or end a reservation when necessary to protect people, property, or the operation of the campground. 8. Site Content and Intellectual Property The text, branding, images, and other materials on the Lake and Resort website belong to Lake and Resort Campground or its licensors. You may use the website for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content without permission. 9. Changes to Services We may change campsite availability, pricing, amenities, or other service details. Changes do not cancel or retroactively alter a confirmed reservation unless required by law or agreed with you. 10. Disclaimers and Liability The campground and website are provided subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every amenity will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
